helpful staffpool policyexpensive cap
the staff member harun assisted with my bags to my room it was acceptable.
i was not happy about the pool policy that requires a swimming cap for pool use. also, the cost of a basic swimming cap was surprisingly high at 300 tl. it seemed unnecessarily expensive to require a specific item and then overcharge for it.
